Research Zip Codes On-Line
Here's a great tool for searching and comparing Zip Codes all across the Country. It's called ZIPSkinny.com. This is an intuitive website for finding out tons of information about any area in any region of the US. You can get general information, demographics, social and economic indicators, educational achievement, marital status, household incomes, occupations and more!
You can also compare neighborhoods and other surrounding zip codes in any area, up to 20 at a time. You might want to search the top 100 zip codes in your area based on population density, high school graduation, median income, percent married, medain age from youngest to oldest, and so much more. 
The information provided is taken from census data, and is no doubt not current through 2007, but I think you'll find the information to be valuable to you and your clients. Another useful tool for your Real Estate arsenal. TechKnowBabble is rating ZIPSkinny an 8 out of 10!Save:

My zipcode didn't come up, we only have a population about 130. The zipcode next to us did. this is neat, I found it on google today. I Never heard of it before.
